We offer a warranty on the workmanship of your lights for at least one year from date of completion.
Individual components are covered under separate warranty specific to that product, only DIGITAL brand components carry a non-transferable lifetime warranty. Any used, products supplied by the customer or Retro-Solutions, LLC are completely void of any manufacturer's warranty.
For that reason we only endorse our specific product line to ensure product longevity and compatibility. Workmanship warranty does not cover damage sustained from vehicle accident or collision, natural causes, shipping, or improper installation. Shipping damages are the responisiblity of the shipping carrier selected
by the customer, however we support you in any way possible

There is no money back guarantee on parts or service, only a warranty. We will work with you to help offer suggestions on performance and aesthetics to best suit your needs and budget, however the customer assumes all responsilblity for design decisions and selections agreed upon during the process.

Retro-Solutions, LLC, manufacturers, affiliates, and other aquintances of Retro-Solutions, LLC are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage due to improper use or illegal installation of any products.

We offer UPS prefered rates to all service customers, this is a benefit of shipping large volumes that we pass onto our customers. It is our experience that UPS ground is the most cost effective and safest ground shipping option for your headlamps. UPS ground is mostly handled by actual employees, unlike the contracted services other companies use. UPS also places much more responsibilty on packages insured for $1000 or more, and that level insurance and more will only cost $6. In most cases we encourage you to place $1000 insurance on your headlamps when sending them to us, and we place $1500 or more insurance on them for the return. This ensures ample coverage should the worst ever happen.

To date we have had minimal issues using this method of shipping. If getting your headlamps back as fast as possible is your concern, we can also ship any UPS guaranteed delivery services (overnight-3 day) at our prefered rate.

Shipping within the continental US is $40-60 coast to coast, or as little as $20 on the eastern seaboard, depending on the total distance traveled and the size of your package.

We will no longer use FEDex ground or expedited services per customer request, under any circumstances.

Headlamps:

Turnaround averages 3-10 business days before shipping, provided a non-refundable parts deposit has
been paid in advance. There is no extra charge for this guarantee. All necessary parts not supplied by Retro-Solutions, LLC must be made available by your scheduled start date. In the case of unforseen part requirements, or issues with fitment in housings, the customer will be contacted ASAP for questions, comments, etc.

Tailights:

For all make/models we have previously converted to LED, the turnaround time is 3-10 business days provided a non-refundable manufacturing deposit and LED patterns are supplied two weeks in advance.
An initial manufacturing deposit covers PCB design/production and bezel machining.

Any new make/model situation we have not encountered before requires a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.This is only for orders that we have received an initial payment and patterns for prior to receiving your housings. This 3-4 week time is required for the 2 week lead time of PCB production after assessing the internal dimesions of your housings.
