For all items of exchange, only send back the incorrect parts whenever possible to keep return shipping costs to a minimum and reduce processing errors. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be uninstalled, bear no marks, modifications, or damages. For all items for warranty inspection, testing is required. Warranty replacement or deposit refund will be made for equipment that operates as intended and within specification or rendered unusable do to application of safety features. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues of vehicle or application incompatibility, abuse, neglect, tampering, or lack of specified requirements. In some cases proof of installation or purchase may be required. Client is responsible for shipping charges to send items for testing, and also responsible for returns of equipment testing within specification or otherwise not present manufactured defects for warranty coverage. For all items requiring a bench test in lieu of or in addition to field testing, all shipping charges are the repsonsibility of the client. We will cover shipping or partial shipping to return any equipment that tests faulty due to manufactured defect or outside our required specifications. No warranty replacements will be made for equipment that operates as intended and within specifications or has become unusable due to application of safety features rendering the equipment locked from operation. Items returned for refund must be complete, not damaged, marked or defaced in any way, and uninstalled or otherwise previously excused for completeness and bearing marks or signs of installation by us specifically. All returns for refunds, regardless of reason are subject to inspection. All returns are subject to loss of shipping charges, even in cases of items with "free shipping." All returns are further subject to loss of processing fees (PayPal, Google Checkout, eBay, and/or store software) and a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the client and is not reimbursed for any reason. Warranty items are not eligble for refund returns.
