Shipping:
Shipments are sent USPS priority, or USPS priority
international. US orders can expect deliveries in 2-3 days, international
shipments are 4-10 days depending on country. For US buyers in CT,
MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, NY, PA, and NJ may receive free upgrade to UPS
ground service for overnight to 2-day shipping. Please allow one
day of processing time in our facility.
Payment:
We accept payments via Google Checkout, Money
Order, Cashier's check, or even a cleared personal check.
Warranty:
Lifetime warranty
term covers ballasts for life. Lifetime warranty term covers bulbs
for life from failure and any non-uniform change in color or intensity.
Any and all associated hardware included with the kits is also covered
under the lifetime warranty under constraints of proper installation.
Buyer is responsible for providing faulty part for inspection and
replacement only upon request as serial numbers may be tracked for
quality control purposes. Upon confirmation of faulty part, any
replacement parts are issued free of charge to the buyer as soon
as humanly possible.
Proprietary Concerns:
DIGITAL HID, DIGITAL 55w high-output HID, and
DIGITAL Adjustable ballast kits are not for sale anywhere else,
by anyone else. The name, concept, and quality materials are sole
property of our company and not available to any other wholesale,
manufacturing, or retail provider. Resale and wholesale distributions
are at our sole discretion and any deviation from this consitutes
criminal forgery. The quality, longevity, and scope of this product
is our concept to provide the customer with the best possible performance
in any HID conversion kit. |
